Individual & Small-Group Personal Training

Meet your fitness and health goals and get results. Elevate your lifestyle. Change your world. Be effiecient and effective and get the most out of your workout time. Training is done on an individual basis or in small groups with customized workouts for up to 4 people. Sessions are scheduled 1, 2, 3 or more times per week or bi-weekly or monthly. Sessions lengths are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. We start with a Private Consultation. Sessions can be done in the gym, at home, at your workplace or outdoors (extra fees may apply for sessions performed off-site.)

Team & Individual Athletic Training

All sports, all levels – hockey, soccer, basketball, swimming & many other sports. We work closely with team or individual coaching staff. Programs revolve around four main elements – core strength, power & speed, agility & coordination and sport-specific, linked strength.

Clean Your Plate Nutrition Program

CYP is a 30-day nutrition program designed to reset your metabolism and get you on track to more a more mindful and organized style of eating. The program offers daily menu plans, recipes and grocery shopping lists as well as daily coaching and support. Program is offered in-person or can also be done entirely online.
No special foods, supplements or gimmicks.....just eat real food. Delicious, real food. Clean Your Plate is not a diet or strictly a weight-loss program. It is a comprehensive nutrition program designed with your health & well-being in focus.

H.I.T.S. - "High Intensity Training for Sports"

If you are an elite athlete looking to elevate your performance and gain an edge on your competition, this program will push and challenge you. Whatever your sport, you haven't trained like this. HITS is geared for individual athletes or small groups of up to 4 athletes per session. Please contact us to discuss whether you would be a good candidate for HITS.

Group Exercise Workouts

Small group workouts with lots of coaching and support. Work at your own pace. Easy to really challenging workouts available for all abilities and fitness levels, women & men. First workout is always free.

Run Clinics / Multi-Sport Clinics (offered at various times year-round)

Learn to Run, 5K, 10K, ½-marathon, full marathon, multi-sport (duathlon, triathlon). Participants meet weekly for group tempo runs, speed training, hill work and receive a progressive running and/or cycling program designed to achieve your goal distance or race event timeline. Programs usually culminate in clinic participants attending a local running or multi-sport event.

Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching

A specialized weekly coaching system designed to keep your lifestyle and eating habits on track and help you stay accountable to your goals. No extra cost to all Personal Training & Group Exercise clients.
